Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Payment terms

Projects require a 50% advance before work begins and the remaining 50% before final delivery. Monthly plans are billed in advance.

Prices are exclusive of 18% GST for Indian clients; a GST invoice is provided. International clients pay in USD via PayPal, Wise, Stripe or bank transfer.

Ad spend for Google Ads and Meta Ads is paid directly by the client to the platform and is separate from our management fees.

Revisions

Each service includes a set number of revision rounds, stated in your quote (for example, up to 3 rounds on a chosen logo concept, or 2 rounds on videos and 3D renders). Additional revisions may be charged.

Delivery timelines

Timelines in your quote start once we receive the advance payment and the content and materials we need from you. Delays in feedback or content may extend the timeline.

File ownership

Once full payment is received, you own the final approved designs and receive the agreed source files. Until full payment, all work remains the property of Wizzio Designs. Third-party assets such as fonts, stock images, music and plugins remain subject to their own licences.

Refunds and cancellation

If you cancel a project, the advance covers work already completed and is non-refundable once work has started. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Portfolio usage

We may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to. We always ask permission before naming clients or sharing results.
